I’m off to the US on urgent family matters.  I’m going on Etihad: Bahrain – Abu Dhabi – Chicago – Rochester (Mn).  30 hours plus!  I’m writing this from the Etihad business lounge, and I’m really unimpressed.  I heard stories of how there’s a spa and how amazing it was.  I’m decidedly unimpressed.  I guess maybe I confused the Eithad lounge with the Emirates lounge in Dubai?  The service is third rate, but maybe because it’s really early in the morning.
