Congratulations Saba and Hamad – New Black Belts!

We had a Black Belt grading on Saturday, for which my instructor, former British, European and World Kickboxing Champion Master Rafael Nieto came to Bahrain for. Zen-Do student Hamad AlFhadehl and Falak Marketing and Operations Manager Saba Saleem went through the grueling test and did an amazing job! As usual, after doing lots of basics, combinations and pairs, they had to do several grueling rounds of sparring. I’m so proud of them. Well done guys and alf mabrook! A job very well done indeed!
