Thank you all again. My wife and I will continue our program at the DBC for as long as we are able. We stuck pretty well to the eating plan too for the first few weeks and that certainly seemed to accelerate the weight loss in the early days. Even now our eating habits have changed as we are able to enjoy the new diet we have now become accustomed too. I would recommend this program to anyone who wishes to lose weight. Thank you everyone for your congratulations and good wishes but it would not have been possible without the great help and support I received from the DBC staff and especially form Suhail.
