Dear Suhail,
you have no idea what dbc has given me. i have been there for a very short time but it has already changed me.
i am overweight and on the verge of obesity(according to my bmi) and have hypothyroidism -which to me translates to 'you will always be a fat lazy bum' that is a crushing feeling to any woman.
when i was single i was very active and loved going to the gym , now as a mother of 4 (ages between10 years to 10 months) i find it impossible to invest 2 hours going to the gym. the guilt is always there. people tell me all the time:'you have to be selfish and leave the kids a couple of hours so you can exercise' how many times per week can i be selfish and not feel like the worst mum? how does that help?
when one thing in your life doesn't work it spills over in other aspects. so being overweight makes me feel like a failure as a mother as a wife as a friend as a business owner....etc. this was the case until my friend said i should try dbc. i swear things have changed for me.
1-my body has more shape in a very short tome
2-i manage to exercise , shower , change and take my daughter to school all under 45 mins! ( i could never do that with a normal workout)
3-i love the 30 second timer in the dbc gym. it is a wake up call for me that time is so precious and we waste as if we'll live forever. now i think of everything i do in terms of that timer. if a body can be transformed in 30 second intervals, then imagine how life would be different if we put the same urgency on the important things we delay?
4- i am more alert and more ENERGETIC. that is a feat for anyone with a thyroid issue.
5- i can give more to the kids. more patience with requests, homework, outings,whining...etc
the list will be longer after a month inshalla.
thanks for everything you do to help enhance people's lives.

M,

It works. We've had people with amazing results, losing anywhere from 6 kg to 40 kg! The thing is you must stick to it and not give up too soon. I don't believe in gimmicks and I put my money where my mouth is, that's why I offer two - very real - money-back-guarantees.

Someone from my team will be in touch.

Woah.
Did I just sound like the most bitter, cynical and pessimistic person on the planet?
Congratulations on the opening.
Forgot to mention that earlier!

Hey Suhail,

I came across this website on January, I have been in Egypt since and I am moving back to Bahrain in July. Look, I am contemplating a gastric bypass. But I am thinking of giving this DBC a chance. But really if you're just marketing this as a definite solution and it isn't....then that would be a real shame because playing with people's hopes and insecurities is by no means noble. I guess I will try it when I come back. But how expensive is this place? For some reason I feel like the price will be over the top and as a recently graduated student I don't know if I can afford anything that's priced for the elite. So two questions: A. Is this just another empty marketing campaign? (I guess even if it was you wouldn't be able to tell me anyway) and B. How expensive is this place, because let's face it not everyone who is obese is a Sheikh? Also, I just wanted to add that I admire that you had dreams and reached for them. Even if all else is a hoax, at least I can respect you for that.

Have a great day.
