My Son is Born!

Hello my friend! I’ve got some GREAT news for you!
I’m delighted to announce the arrival of my son Tameem! Tameem was born yesterday Wednesday the 17th of December at 1:48 am! Note, that was Ascension Day!
My wife and I are over the moon! Everything went smoothly (alas not painlessly). The midwives, doctors and nurses in Awali Hospital did a great job as usual. Tameem is actually two weeks early, he was meant to arrive on new years day. But hey, when they’re ready, they’re ready, right?
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that all is well, below are some photos and videos. Enjoy!

Weird though how you are the second blogger to choose Tameem as a name of your child. Is this an infection (a good one mind you) that is going through the Bahraini blogosphere?
