I admire you for putting it on your website and admitting your mistakes. It really is so easy to sweep these mistakes under the carpet and pretend they never happened! In my opinion sometimes 15yr old kids do need a good telling off...hehe especially those that behave badly!! Anyways have a great holiday and can't wait for Zen-do to be open again.
