Milk is good. I have been drinking Milk my whole life and love all dairy products. I practiced full contact Martial Arts, Body Building and Football. In all sports I witnessed noticeable muscle gain despite being an ectomorph. I also never, thank god, had any bone injury. I remember when I was sparring that I have been in several shin to shin kick by mistake and I never felt a thing (unlike the other less dairy friendly sparring partner). As for the Playstation, I am 50% with you on that one. Being an avid gamer I strongly believe that different video games stimulate different parts of your brain. I do agree that children need to have physical activity incorporated into them from childhood or it wouldn't be when they are adults. Maybe you could start an initiative for our government schools?
