		<description>It is definintly good to know what is wrong.. that the first step to fix it.Have you seen endocrinologist.. if not then you should. If what you have is Addison disease then you may need further testing/immaging studies and to be also checked for other autoimmune conditions in particular thyroid disorders. If the diagnosis is confirmed then the other thing is the treatment part which usually involves cortisol replacement (physiological dose) which should not cause any of the above mentioned side effects. It may also include flourinif (adrenalocorticoid). If you are already on these medications then you have to remember to double or even triple the cortisol dose in case of fever/surgery/trauma ..etc. Patients on cotisol should always mention that in ER visits and even would recomend wearing medical alert. long comment but I hope it is helpfull.. RegardsHaitham</description>

		<description>hi Master Suhail,i have enjoyed reading what you have posted &amp; the information you presented is so useful &amp; beneficial.I have lately been facing the same dehydration problem but i didnt pay attention to it until i have read about what ur facing. i started having those problems when i stopped going to the Gym, i guess,there is a lot of fatigue accumulated in my body that i am not aware of.Like u said, i must find ways to dealing with stress. I&#039;ve  read the book &quot;Think &amp; Grow Rich&quot; &amp; the author explained in a whole chapter how to deal with stress by taking full control of the subconscious &amp; the messages i send to it :).thatks alot &amp; will pray for ur health &amp; ur family&#039;s well being.regards,Najma</description>
